Biopic of SUDHA - A Model from a Tribal Settlement in Kerala ( She herself acted as the protagonist.

An ambitious online journalist finds a career-saving story in a tribal girl's quest to win a beauty pageant in Kerala, but when his boss pressures him to exploit her private life for views, he must choose between his professional success and his moral integrity.

Director Statement :

The Biopic film LOKAMANI SELVARAJ PONMAKAL achieves a rare level of authenticity, as the lead role is played by the actual tribal girl, Sudha Lakshmy, whose journey inspired the story, grounding this contemporary dilemma in a powerful, true-to-life performance. The story follows an ambitious online journalist who finds a potential career-saving story in Sudha, a young tribal girl pursuing her dream to win a major Kerala beauty pageant. This inspiring narrative quickly turns into a crisis of conscience when his superiors demand he exploit her personal life for sensational "troll content" to boost viewership.
